Return Policy

We care about any issue that you may have with our products. Please note that any return must be approved before we accept any product back in the mail.

First things first: Text, call or email us as soon as you know something is wrong with your order.  Messages should be very clear, with name or order number and the exact nature of the problem. If an error occurred on our part… the shipping will be on us. We will review each "return" email, text or voicemail and get back to you within 24 hours or sooner. 

We try to be as accurate as humanly possible but … even we MAKE MISTAKES (hee hee). No worries though, as long as we know about the error, we will fix the problem and FAST.
