This is an ACTUAL and a PHYSICAL set of stamps.  There are 27 face stamps in total in this set: TWO face stamps that are 1 3/8",   (bottom row) FIVE are 1" face stamps, FIVE are 3/4" face stamps, FIVE are 5/8" face stamps,  FIVE are 1/2" face stamps and (top row) FIVE are 3/8" face stamps.
